1. Click here to create a buyer profile. Simply enter a few basic details including your name, contact email, your approximate monthly income, your desired monthly payment, and the zip code(s) you’d like to live.

2. Enter your credit score. For many sellers, your credit score is not as important as your income and ability to pay and care for the home. As with any other financier, our sellers prefer a credit score that is as recent as possible. For that reason, and the fact that it’s a really good idea to keep track of your credit score, we suggest you get your current credit score. You can do this by clicking here.

3. That’s it! Once a rent to own seller in your area checks out your online profile, you’ll be contacted to view the property, negotiate, and work out any details.

4. Congratulations! You’re a homeowner!

Here’s how it works for Sellers:

1. Click here to register for a free account.

2. Login and browse through the non-personal information our buyers have provided. This includes name, contact email, monthly income, desired monthly payments, desired area, and credit score.

3. Find the buyers who fit your criteria and contact them via email to share further contact details and property information.

4. That’s it! Now it’s just a matter of negotiating the contract and signing the property over to the new buyer.
